Why not get out to more people by posting in the General Discussion Group?

Default 2 Props

Well just pulled the 25 Mirage Plus's off the "new" 302 and they are rough. looks like they found some crab traps in the Chesapeake before I hauled to boat to Jersey. They seem to be set really well at their stock config so I don't know how much work will be required. I would like them labbed and balanced though - general cleanup. I have expereince with Bronson Hill but you guys seem to show a pref. for Baja's. What was the deal you are offering tight now? Also, what more performance can I get if I really don't want to change the prop too much. The boat will porpoise once in a while, but nothing some quick work on the trim can'f fix. I'll blow out on the holeshot with heavy throttles, but that's to be expected. I think 4-blades will kill too much speed for my preference. I have seen 77mph, guy I bought it from say he saw 80 on the GPS.

Tommy the price is 150.00 if the prop needs repaired with some welding add 99.50 or you could go with PROP INSURANCE AND THIS WILL COVER IT ALL FOR A YEAR NO MATTER WHAT. The price is 299.00 for unlimited repairs. but check the diamenter as I think it's not really a 16" as far as rpm it will usually come up 200 with a cuple of mph

THANK YOU ! The props I can visualize by your description, not really bent but the edge's are very rough and thick, lot's of mar's or deep scratches on blade area and dull looking well we can make the look better than new and perform better than new and stop the blowout on planing, labbing the props will pick up a couple of mph maybe four on this setup.several way's to go for pricing, unlimited repairs one year each prop 299.00 or 150.00 each prop. it's up to you I would go with the unlimited repair policy as our normal fee is 225.00

yeah, you called it. I'll ship them to you in a week or so, I'm heaing to diz-ne with the family next week. One qurdtion, are you saying that just labbing will remove blowout? I though you had to work the cup to get that effect. I'm just under the rev limiters now by about 100rpm or so. I have twin 502 MPI Mags.

Thanx
