Solid alarm on my 496 mags

once I get a little over 3/4 to wot I get a solid alarm until I back all the way off throttle....once backed off and still in gear alarm goes off and I can get rite back in it...once I get back to 3/4 to wot alarm goes back off........just changed impellers, thermostats, and unplugged drive oil bottles and alarm still sounded....have motors scanned this evening and only codes that showed up were erelivant to issues......any help would be greatly appreciated

Always best to give your motor serial number so we know what you have. If you have the in gear switch on the shift plate (item 20) disconnect it and see if it stops

You are in gaurdian mode. Hence the alarm when a certain rpm is exceeded. What does the Fault history and Fault sec show? What available power? What is your block water psi when alarm occurs? New impeller in original water pump housing? The fault is there, you just need to find it.
