Why so few boats this year, was there another race somewhere else.

I agree with you that the boat count was down from previous years but there was still a good turnout and I enjoyed the racing and all the people there, no other place like it that I have been to and it is FREE to everyone to come, watch and enjoy. This is a great Race Site with everything there in one place and well organized. As for the low boat count Supercat has moved to SBI and then there was an accident last year that claimed the life of long time racer Keith Holmes from American Ethanol "Cat Can Do" with an accident envolving the Miss Geico boat. Hopefully next year there might be a bigger boat count but if not I will be there enjoying the weekend as always. Andy
