If you are talking about the hatch lid going out of the cabin up to the deck, I had a crack in mine on a Powerquest. Bought a sheet of acrylic off the internet, cut it to size, drilled new holes for the latch handles, and sealed it all back up in the original frame. Took some time, but much cheaper than a new hatch.
