Whats your starting point? From Manasquan inlet on down you can run inside Barnegat Bay all the way to AC. Will take you longer for sure (aside from potentially slow running conditions due to rough ocean), with the canal to deal with as well as a few mile long or so no wake zones behind LBI. That said, was at the beach this AM early, and although choppy, there was nothing I saw that should stop the 45 Sonic from being able to run outside.

id only worry about the thunderstorms blowing in... it could get sloppy quick. maybe run outside down and inside back or vice versa?

Let us know how it went, it's a real garbage out there with this weather, huge downpours. I'd have NO desire to go out today...unless a new Outerlimits was placed in my slip from a very generous person!

Jeff 32, I believe I saw you and another boat yesterday (possibly an Outlaw) heading south around 5:30 PM just north of Seaside. Looked like you guys came off plane for a minute just off Ortley, and then got back going.
