Have a 2006 35 ZR, 525's, ITS / Sportmaster shorties, and currently running 32 pitch Bravo 4 blades.
Have access to a set of Hydromotive 5 blades also 32 pitch - looking for best top-end speed. Does anyone have an idea of which prop should theoretically run a faster top-end on this boat? Assume both same finish and both same diameter.

I have been playing with props on my 35 all summer. Best top end I have found is with a 4 blade 32 that has been cut and a little work done to them. I have been playing with some 5 blade 29 hydromotive's but I'm hitting rev limiter quick and lost about 8mph. I have some 30's on order but was told there is no ETA on when they will get more castings. I'm expecting to loose about 4mph top end and gain 7-8 mph cruise speed with those.

WJB might help
Few years back I bought a set of props from ThrottleUp. These were part of a program they had going with/for Donzi on the 35 and 38, to see if they could make a Hydromotive 5 blade work as well as a Hering, but for less money. These are based on the Hydro P5 31's, lots of work, not perfect for my Fountain, but run pretty well. Little too much tail lift for the Fountain, only pull to 5000, but will run 90/91. As reference here, 32 stock Bravo 4 blades run 92/93 at 5400, Precision prototype 5 blades with mega lab work from BBlades run 93/94 at 5400. I offer this up here only because I would think that you might look at the Hydromotive P5's, if only because Donzi felt they held some promise as a factory offered prop on your boat. I have no idea where you live, I am in northern NY. If you were anywhere close you would be more than welcome to give these a try.
