Let's say you are single and out with two couples - total of 5 people. You are all drinking and buying rounds. Do your friends pay for four of your drinks for every one round you buy, or do the GUYS only buy - making it two drinks for every one that you pay for?
I'm just curious...I've noticed that the single guy often pays for a lot of drinks in a scenario like that. The more couples, the more the single guy gets screwed in that situation.

That situation hasn't applied to me in a long time - but I guess I'm still bitter about it all. Matter of fact, screw all my "freinds" for putting me in that situation. You're all bastards, cheap mo-fo's, and lushes.

I tend to oversimplify things, but...
my policy is that when it is your turn to buy drinks, either buy them or be prepared to be hauled to the welfare office immediately
As far as other couples go, gee can I bring my date so you can buy her drinks FOR me, and we can BOTH sponge off of you, the single guy who has less chance of getting laid than me?
However, if I do get laid, I promise to tell you about it tomorrow.

You know what's worse than that is when your with your buddies and your drinking draws and your buddies are drinking like Corona's or mixed drinks and everyone starts taking turns buying.....you get hosed real quick!

I always make the designated driver buy at least the first two rounds.
