After being asked for input in the planning of this event, I highly suggested to do something completely different from previous Runs on the Hudson. I did not want to see it interfere or be any of the same waters that the Fun Run being held the following weekend would be, in hopes that many people will do both events. Also suggested new venues if they could be found out on Long Island. Principle planners Joe Cibellis, Bill Betz and the sanctioning of Billy Frenz's NPBA have seem to put all the pieces together for a great run in Joe Sgro's honor. I will be in the helicopter capturing this amazing event and hope as many of you as possible can join us. Please help spread the word ....
