Has anyone purchased the Simon ecu flash tool?

Yes, I have one and used it to program 12 or so verados. Very straightforward operation. The software on their end can be finicky. On 2 applications their software kept giving me error codes with vin match issues and it took them revising their tunes for it to work. That took an addional day and probably an hour on the phone with them. However they were helpful and always answered the phone ect. They even overnighted a new tool when it was a suspected error with it. (Ended up being a coding issue in their tunes). Once you figure out how to load the tune in the program on your pc it is a matter of following some prompts. Takes 10 minutes a motor or so
