What is it you want to know?
MEFI Burn itself is merely a handshake and transfer protocol between your computer and the MEFI ECM. It will transfer the .bin file from the ECM to your computer and write a new .bin file to the ECM.
Scanner Pro will read the data stream output and log the parameters on your computer.
TunerPro is used to actually change the internal file settings, like BPW, advance, etc.
Three sets of software.
