Been calling, leaving messages and emails with Hering and haven't got a response in over a month...what's the deal?

I bought some props from him last summer - customer service is poor, very difficult to get a response. The props did not work as expected, I sent them back in June of this year, and could not get him to really respond with what adjustments needed to be made, he added some cup and sent them back without comment. Took almost 2 months. Brett at BBlades does sell Hering - and he is extremely responsive.

I left one voice mail and sent emails to the sales and Jim account last week with no response ( me shoulder shrug ).. At least I'm not the only one.

I need some clean up on mine - from the experiences I'm reading here, I guess I should just go to BBlades?? They did great work for me when I had a Bravo boat.
