This is what I know of right now. I do not know the boat personally, it was the JBS F-2 race boat but only ran a handful of races.

What 42 poker runs out there also?
I'm in a wheelchair and a sit down would work best getting in and out

Since you are disabled I would STRONGLY suggest you go for a ride in any sit down Vee bottom that you are interested in.
the visavilty at slow speeds and especially getting on plane is very poor when seated. In all the Sit downs that I have been in it is usually necessary to get your head above the windshield to help see when getting going. Also the visibility isn’t too good looking behind for other boats coming up from behind .
If you’d ever like to come for a ride in mine I’d be happy to take you.

I'd have to say that is not true of the Comps, at least not mine. My bow doesn't come up hardly at all when getting on plane if the tabs and trim are set properly - at least one mine.

So when you’re in canals , no wake zones, milling area before start of poker run you are seated?
you have visabilty over your shoulders?
OP all of the sit down Vee bottoms have sight limitations, the 42 PR might even be the worst .

I appreciate you you taking the time and addressing that situation. I've never been in a sit down V. I've been lookin into for several years now and I always see sitting up on the seat or standing when going slow in them. The Gladiator looks to have best visibility when seated going slow.

In my 370 I always use full tab coming on plane, I only lose sight of horizon very briefly and always make sure I'm clear. I had 15 years in the 370 and it's been great boat for me.

i was thinking maybe an adjustable height seat if it's an issue. I'm pretty mobile and can get around well. Turning around won't be an issue, standing yes

my other thought is regular stand up boat. If I could get the bolster to turn 180 I could transfer from rear seat.

Who can make an adjustable height bolster that turns 180?
