What is blower setup worth
I am thinking of upgrading 525SC Hawk motors to 8.71's and looking to sell a pair of blower set ups. Weiand 174's with 850 Holley Carbs Intakes up 5 lb pulleys everything. Any idea of value? They were completely rebuilt 20 hours ago.

realistically I would say that setup sits right at.just under the merc 525sc setup. People list those for around 2 grand and the end up selling for about 1500....

I've seem the blowers alone selling for that but not the intakes up with all hardware, pulleys, carbs and all. You basically take a stock 454 and turn it to a 525SC

I sold two complete original murcury 525 sc blowers, manifolds with ALL accessories. Everything complete minus the 1050's for 3k. Both spotless with around 120 hrs on them. That was little over a year ago if I remember correctly. Just a reference for you. Phragle pretty much spot on.
