My question is, how difficult and costly would it be to remove the deck features on a Revolution and add a TG or Flat Deck Fairing to it making a Revolution into and Evolution? Not sure now those deck features are molded and attached to the boat, are they actual features on the deck mold or are they molded individually and fastened / glassed to the deck?

Not really done a lot more than that to quite a few boats over the years. Just to cut the bumps off and flat deck to the dash wouldn't be the hard and make the boat a hell of a lot cooler looking.

Nice Pair created a thread - pic by pic of redoing his Skater tanks and changing the deck to twin Canopy.... in keeping with the work involved for what you are contemplating only cosmetically different look
