Looking at the lap charts from that race on SBI, Team Victory is going to need to break both boats and/or even more creative grievances will have to be filed.

Wake effects and huskie chocolate lined up on the wrong side of the paceboat and huskie was pushing the paceboat hard. Have no idea how they can say the victory boats were at fault. They were far over left of them and huskie was out front

If anyone likes doing math, once the final points are posted this evening, would love to see what the results would have looked like without the penalty. Congrats to Team Wake Effects on the win.

Florida politics and boat racing...........if you lose, complain enough to get the win!

Why was anyone on the wrong side of the start boat????? You do your mill , see the smoke and get lined up. Yes you have to maneuver if you are in the wrong spot but the start boat has to also give room or wait before accelerating IMO. On the other hand I liked that the pace boat didn't let the SVL class leave till they were lined up. Caught many by surprise thinking they were going to jump the start penalty's ???? All in all starts are critical and I like that they didn't just drop the flag as usual.
