Default 1988/2016 32' Hydra Tech Catamaran Hull Only

OK, so if your looking to upgrade from the V hull and step up to a CAT then your in luck. I am making available my 32" Hydra Tech catamaran hull only ( No Power, drives, steering or exhaust). I repeat, this sale is for a complete hull on a Myco trailer. The engines have been carefully removed so it's ready to drop your power in and go. This is a great starter cat to begin your adventure into the offshore fast boat world. I have gone 118 mph in this boat with twin 700 hp 540 cu in engines using Imco SC drives on Stellings extension boxes and 36P 4 blade props. I am sure I could have made 130 mph out of it with some gear and prop work.( Power, drives, steering and exhaust are available for additional costs)

Custom cockpit interior was installed in 2016 along with new carpet and stereo system. Cabin area is not finished but there is plenty of space to complete a bed area with portable toilet. There are some issues of pealing clearcoat on the exterior decks from the sun. Easily repaired by anyone who can shoot paint. I can not and it got too cold. My loss is your gain. If not for the few cosmetic issues I could charge much more for this rig.

Myco is a top of the line trailer mfg. Since the trailer is specific to this type hull I will include it. Trailer alone with 5 new tires and wheels is worth $8-10K, I've also added a drive protector to the rear 9000lb winch to the front, guides and plenty of lights. Everything works as it should, you will not be disappointed in this trailer or boat. It rolls down the hwy at 70mph easily.

If you research Hydra Tech you will find that they where made In NJ back in the 80's and continued to make fine boats up to 2015 or so. The DEA purchased some of these cats to chase down drug runners back in the day so to be sure these are a durable strong craft. Driving a cat is not like any other boat you have driven. They are a different beast all together. I would also recommend that you check with your ins co to make sure they will cover this type of hull. Not all will, I can suggest a few ins co.'s that may be able to help you with a reasonable rate.

I will also include a 1 year old full winter Fischer cover custom made for this boat at a cost of $2000. All lines, fenders, life vests, anchors etc. will be included as well as Coast Guard kit and VHF radio. Engine compartment is equipped with dual bilge pumps, dual bilge exhaust fans, dual batteries with on board charging system, Power oil change system and power lift cylinder for hatch.

More pics will be available soon or come by and take a look before I cover it up for the winter. I will post pics of interior, engine compartment and winter cover installed. Any and all questions are encouraged and accepted.

No, you didn't miss the price, I forgot to put it in, sorry. Asking price is $25K. Not sure where some people get off stating things without knowledge. Thanks for looking!

Sorry, the ridiculous price I mentioned was made in jest with no basis in reality. Thought all would see as a joke... nice build and good luck with the sale.
