Warlock 28 with twin 6.2 scorpions

Looking for some help just bought this with twin scorpions would like to know how fast it should run and what would help with more speed
and if this boat likes standoff boxes then what type of Top Chef should be to the bottom of the boat

You might get more help on the Warlock Custom Boats Facebook page, but my 31 SXT did benefit from the setback and increased X dimension as a result.
