Can’t find a definitive answer if the Chevy performance cam p/n 14097395 will work in a stock vortec mercruiser with stock exhaust manifolds

@50* 196/206 and 1.5 rocker 431/451. 109lsa

EFI or carb?

That IS the stock cam for many Merc 350 Mags and inboard ski motors. It will work fine. Often referred to the GM "395" cam. I've pulled them out of multiple Merc motors.
