I want to down size my boat. I am talking to a guy that wants to give me a partial trade for my boat. His boat is a 28 Offshore 1999. He says it was a low production boat that later became Joker Marine. I have never heard of a offshore so any information any one has ( quality,performance, value,ect.) would be very much appreciated . Thanks Jonathan
