Just a guess but probably close to 180. 190 plus temps would be pushing the limits for any length of time. If ever in question install some temp gauges. The red dash warning lights are a good way to go also. I've been in boats when buzzers and alarms are going off simultaneously with trips and can be very frustrating when not working properly.
