IMO they are spending way too much on companies whom do not have deep sales

Maybe they figure to drop some of the brands so it in effect lowers the number they are in competition with? Would seem like a expensive way to do it but you have to figure companies like Polaris have people that know what they are doing.

They stepped in hard.......first deal was worth 805mm and was an all cash deal. That is a lot of Rinkers and Larsons!

And people like me that are life long Polaris snowmobile owners/riders / + boat people it makes us happy but very nervous !
We do not want them to do anything that puts the sled part of the company at risk of going bye bye.
Bou do they own a lot of boats now ! Wow !

The value in the 805 Rinker purchase was the inclusion of Bennington Pontoon boats and Hurricane deck boats, both number one in their markets. Combining those brands with Polaris's marketing and manufacturing skills will be a big step forward.
