This is the MERCRUISER Black production side engines oem IAC that works correctly per all ECM 555 and PCM 555 calibrations along with the correct IAC gasket - yes the correct gasket IS NEEDED and the correct IAC muffler is needed as well. All parts are oem -- SHIPPED 120 bucks
Mercruiser wants 175 bucks for the IAC alone so here it is cheaper than dealer cost and shipped to your door. And cheaper than Sierra cost as well.
Do not get caught up chasing IAC issues with the wrong parts nor cheap aftermarket IAC parts nor ECM / PCM 555 internal failure that can take place. 120 bucks to not have issues is money well spent period. Again this includes shipping and correct IAC gasket, correct IAC muffler and the important correct IAC.
And with every purchase you get detailed info on the proper install and how to prevent failures. There is alot more to it than cranking down 2 bolts for the install.
Tip one do not put any sealant on the IAC gasket install.

HUGE maintenance items and if not done and the correct maintenance for the IAC systems - one is taking a huge chance of an internal PCM and ECM failure. And this info is coming from a person whom repairs PCM s and ECM s especially a ton of the 555. Just saying

Dean these are exact same IAC and gasket for the 600 Sci and the 700 Sci - ( the exact same as well ) The 600 and 700 do not use a IAC muffler but again its the same IAC and gasket as the 496 - 350 - 305 - 262 using the 555 controller.
The HP 525 and HP 850 sci use a different IAC but use the same IAC mounting gasket. FYI
