Default Bravo1 28P worth fixing

Found this after running this weekend. Don’t think I hit anything, this is a Bravo1 28P was lobbed but not sure by who it was on the boat when I bought it. Can this be fixed and is it worth it or last?

Sorry, this one is done. We can replicate it if you desire.
Send it to us and we will reverse engineer it.
