Today is St Patrick's Day and that means that 40 years ago today on March 17, 1979, The Bushmills Grand Prix was run in Newport Beach, California.

Top Banana won, with Ajac Hawk Second and KAAMA third.

We are getting the "Band back together" for lunch today. Ron Morrison the Navigator and Paul Lesniewski, the Throttleman and me as Owner - Driver.

We will be taking lots of photos.....but I guess I can't post photos here anymore...... so can I send them to Pete Boden or Chris LaMorte to post for me?
