I purchased a like new prop (used one time by PO) and this hub kit was included in the box. The hub kit (# 8M0101601) is not compatible with my application. This hub kit works on big Hp Merc outboards or I/O's with a 1 1/4" shaft. For motors up to 450 hp. It doesn't look like the PO used the prop nut in this kit. It comes complete with all parts and instructions. This hub kit sells for $130-$170 thru most outlets. $100 plus shipping.
