Default Prop help with more hp

I am asking the OSO brain trust for opinions! I have sent an email to Brett as well, but I'm sure he is crazy busy
The boat is a 1990 30' single step Century Ultra III
I have freshened my engines (454 with 177 blowers) with a gain of approximately 150 hp each, now at 620 hp with 670 lbs of torque at 3600
I ran a little last year (before flattening a cam) with 16.5”x 29” four blades spinning out on SSMIII drives with the shafts 5” below the running surface. The hull was a mess with bottom paint, ran 77 mph at 5000 rpm, was very difficult to get out of the hole, it would spin out before getting up, had to back off and let the wave help it out.
I am wondering if the props I have can be re worked to make work or do I need something entirely different? Thanks Jason
