We are buying a boat in Turkey and will require financing. At issue is we will be relocating to the BVI/USVI, (although remaining US Citizens), but primarily operating out of the BVI. Looking for any any referrals for companies that offer this type of boat loan/maritime mortgage that DOES NOT require the vessel be operated in US waters. (Vessel will be flagged in the BVI but we will also acquire Coast Guard Certification.)
