I have a 525 efi long block and xr for sale. I kept both as spares, sold the boat, and the new owner does not wish to purchase the back up drive train. The engine is oil pan to lower intake. Balancer and valve covers included. Engine hours are in the 200~ range. All leak down and compression numbers were good prior to replacing with new. This engine is estimated to be an 04-05 yr. Engine does not include fuel system, cooling system, intake, headers, fly wheel. This is a long block only which there are several in the oso classifieds for 10-12,000. I’m asking 1/2.
The out drive is a swept back XR, 1:50-1 ratio. The drive has zero hours since rebuild and looks new inside and out.
I'd prefer to not ship, and have someone see both items prior to purchasing. Both are in storage in Lake Conroe, TX which is North of Houston about 50 miles.
$10,000 for the both which seems like a steal compared to others on the market. Will split if requested.
