Default 700 SCI hours - question

Have seen many threads on OSO talking about these motors and hours. Wanted to bring the topic back around since many of those threads are old. I realize maximum hours on a motor have many different variables, but wanted to see what the consensus was on these motors and maximum life before full rebuilds. Totally understand the top end life span. Merc recommends 250 hrs for top end. What's everyone seeing on full rebuilds? Thanks in advance.

Depending on operating range 250-400 hours for top end and supercharger. Full rebuild much longer. Solid engine package

I had them in my 382. Great really really well built from Merc. I think why we are seeing long lifespan is they are protected from literally everything. Knock sensors, rev limiters, iac sensors, sheeze but good in the long run. I took all the analog gauges off the dash. If anything was abnormal the computers would start screaming and shutdown if your not paying attention
