Hello All,,This is my first oil change I my boat I bought last fall..I bought one of those Sure-Flo pump/bucket units,,but the tube wont go down the dip stick tube

Anyone know if the Pachanga 22 w/7.4 had a tube or something under the engine to drain oil..I ran out of time yesterday on it,,looking for some info on draining this oil.

oil drain hose kit at your oil pan drain plug installed is your best option.

Use a piece of gas line (thick wall like USCG Type A1 marine line) and connect it to the top of the dip stick tube with a hose clamp. Get rid of the skinny tube and connect the other end of the gas line to the pump. Do have the motor run a little bit to heat up the oil a little (5 minutes or so), no need to get it hot
