Just got done top ends on one of my 525 efi. Replaced heads with pre assembled dart pro 1 heads. Replaced lifters with crane long travel lifters, measured and installed .250" longer pushrods from liberty, installed and adjusted harland sharp 1.7 s2001 rockers to 1 turn after zero lash. Issue I am having is after running for approx 45min total, the valve train is clicking/rattling pretty bad and it is not normal. Almost sounds like lifter noise but it is def coming from under valve covers. Removed both covers, inspected for loose components or rocker-to-cover contact. Everything looks perfect. Anyone have any input on my issue??

One turn is little much for Cranes. I know Crane used to say 3/4 turn to get .040 of preload.
I'd run the engine with the valve covers off. You should be able to narrow it down then.
Just because the stuff is new does not mean it can't be defective.

The crane sheet says 1/2 to 1 turn, .040-.060 preload. 7/16-20 rocker studs would mean that 1 turn is .050". I'm going to give scorpion marine endurance rockers a try this weekend. Thanks for the response!

the pushrods do have a tiny bit of wear from the guides, no gouging or anything. The guides are set with pushrods in the center of them. All polylocks and lifter studs marked after torquing/lash setting and none moved when rechecking everything. No sign of rockers hitting anything either.
