years ago when premium was like $5.39 a gallon i pulled into a station where i saw it at $5.29. Pulled the 38 Donzi in and blocked off pretty much the whole side of the station and it was pretty busy. I went in to run my car as it would only do a hundred at a time at the pump. In line the guy ahead of me dumped a fist full of change on the counter and said "seven dollars and sixty three cents on pump two. . . ." he shuffled out and i said "a thousand on pump eight please . . . " now i'm not made of money by any means and I'm a workin stiff like most but the honest to god truth was that did not phase my brain one bit . . . however if the gas bill at my house was over a hundred bucks well thats just unacceptable lol.

Same here Dave. I don't even flinch at $500-$700 dollars worth a gas on a long weekend but I can't stand to pay $20 for a three pack of underwear.
