I have 2 385 strokes small blocks Small cap distributor ignition Chevrolet mefi 4a based. I’m left in a lurch as both tuners motor builders passed on building my motors.

I have mefi burn basic , I have a tune from Bob I got for distributors spark ,and my tune off my z coil pack crank trigger 58x.
I Have dtc errors 21 51 and 81 and no spark.I have a voltage drop issue also while cranking.voltage drops from 13 to 10 while cranking.
Error 21 is intermittent as I have .68 volts closed tps.
Error 51 Is checksum and there was no checksum error burning it.
81 is unknown.
I am a bit stubborn and am reluctant to ask for help . That being said I hold my hat in my hand and ask for help.I am in Chesapeake beach , MD if any Mefi people are close and want to help.
