Default 292 fastech storm paint

Hello, not sure if i am posting this in the right section or not. I recently just purchased a 2003 formula 292 fastech with the storm paint. I contacted vintage formula for the build sheet as i noticed the brochure says this paint is only offered for the 35 and 38ft. The build sheet shows the sun pad and interior is the storm but it shows it left the factory with no paint. Does anyone know any more about these? Trying to figure out if formula sent these to a different company for paint, and if they ended up offering them for the 292. Thanks for the help!

The boat may have been built and rigged then sat as a white boat. This was common back in the day When it was finally sold it would have been pained at that point and the build sheet was probably never changed to reflect that. there have been a few 292s that made it out of the factory with premium graphics, there is The "muscle" boat for sale currently. They also did a poker run 292 in premium to send to all the poker runs along with a matching Chevy truck as a promo. By the way I looked at that storm 292 about 10 years ago when it was for sale in CT. great looking boat my son is still mad we didn't buy it.

Both 382s that I bought new left the factory all white. I picked the interior that they offered that I liked the best and then had a one off paint job that looked the best with it. Maybe this is what happened with your boat.
