I have a 27 activator with 18" of setback bracket twin 250 outboards best speed so far is 75.5mph @5700rpm with a very well labbed 28 bravo. I have had barrels cut on all my bravo to decrease some stern lift and improve bow lift but over the winter I added nose cones to my lower unit and feel like lost the ability to lift the bow. I can trim motors to gain speed and rpm but boat feels more like it's running high on water but not enough bow lift. I'm waiting to hear back from bblades on their blaster propeller. What other propellers would you guys recommend that I try.

2jz,
Your slip % is low and the rpm you are running is great for these engines. This suggests you are close to the ability of your set up.
The Blasters are going to do a great job for you. They have awesome trim reaction compared to Bravo 1's and are quick and nimble. Adding the cones are going to require the boats personality to allow the engines/cases to run high. Blasters like that.
I'm assuming you are on my call back list. Call tomorrow if you can and tell Ann you are returning a call per a OSO thread. She'll take care of you and we can discuss the options and get you some propeller to test.
