It is also a GM color - 1981 bright blue, gm code 20, GM B8110A

Does this need to be mixed ? Im looking for some in a spray can, google search takes me to OSO

I read somewhere that Chrysler PB3 was close.

Intense Blue - Duplicolor BCC0422

I bought a couple cans. A test spray on some cardboard was really close to matching the color on my valve covers.

Could be worth a shot.

WA9544 - GM Quasar Blue (Code 80) may also be close.

Yes it does need to be mixed, but you should be able to find it in duplicolor with a paint code.

The Duplicolor options might get you close, but if you’re looking for a match that’s available quickly, I’d give the $36/can option, or at least give them a call to see what’s up.

I might buy a couple cans myself.
