Default Storage Question

I'm going to be picking up a new CC in December and will be storing it in SW Florida for January, February and March. No marina in Marco or near by will do valet storage without paying for 12 months. I found one in Goodland, but it's stored outside on a rack. I have the names of two guys that operate a Concierge Service in the area and they seem great, but I also found a new RV storage facility at 11560 Plantation Rd. in Ft. Myers that has a 47' bay that is open on one end facing north, no sun. It has a wash area and security seems okay. I don't know the area in Ft. Myers and I'm just afraid of my stereo and chart plotters not being there the next time I go down. I would hope prop locks, wheel locks and a hitch lock, the boat should still be there. I can rent a truck instead of a car and launch myself, not being cheap, I just like cleaning and covering myself.

I don't know what most guys that don't own houses with lifts in the area do for storage. I would like to keep it under cover in case of a bad storm, I live in MA and won't be getting down that often.
