I found a Dennis More out of La sells tons of marine parts on EBay and has 100% positive feedback
he sells a custom ground cam for a gen 5 with the specs I think I’m looking for
he says no reversion and no ecm programming needed
this is the eBay item number if interested 312163846855

Does it, Cam, have a Mechanical fuel pump lobe? or you will need an electric pump on MARK 4 with relay and return setup.
