Looks pretty ate up. Why did you start taking it apart?

I didn’t . The cable broke when we pulled the drive off . I used the 2 nuts and plate off the face of it for another Gimble of a boat leaving the country. I since then have gotten the plate and nuts to put back on it and I get you a shift cable for around $50

I removed the gimbles and drives from boat for a triple outboard conversion for a tour ride island boat .

The Gimble is actually in good shape !! . Picture doesn’t give it justice .
