Default Donzi 35 ZFC Help

Just purchased a 2003 Donzi ZFC and looking for some help.

1) Fuel tank operation. It has a small forward tank and main tank. There are two switches (fuel transfer and fuel gauge switch) that pertain to these tanks and neither of these switches work. Trying to figure out operation of these switches. I believe boat runs off of main tank at all times and there is a way to transfer small tank fuel to main tank??? Correct??

2) Bilge Pump just aft of head. Can't get pump to run and believe it is bad. Has anyone ever replaced pump. It is a real pain to get to??

Thanks in advance

Ed

Inside the console(toilet area) there is an access panel starboard side at the very bottom of the last step. Inside is a transfer pump for the front tank. very easy to change. I just changed mine, they pump slow BTW.

Motocam, what pump did you buy and replace? Model, manufacturer, purchased from, cost? I am having trouble finding a replacement gas transfer pump for my 2001 35ZF open. Thanks.

Next time I’m on the boat I’ll find out what model it is

That would be really helpful to get the pump information. Getting new fuel senders installed on each tank. The original rochester’s with magnetic sight gauges on top of each tank are tired and appear inaccurate.
