Default Need to replace Garmin

Need some help. My Garmin unit has seen its better days. Screen finally went blank. Going to replace but not sure what with. Unit is right above cabin entry door. Boat is a 38zx Donzi. Big complaint also with it was never really being able to see it due to sun most of the time. Wish I could put the new unit in front of driver like the zr’s but not thinking that’s possible without a lot of work. The unit itself is a Garmin 192c. Any recommend units to look at?

Post a pic of your dash. Lots of options these days. It might be a good time to move away from traditional gauges and go with a glass dash. Get the biggest screen you can fit. Touch screen is cool, but sometimes tricky too use in rough water.

I put a Garmin 942 in that space a few years ago.

When looking up 942 there’s different models. Which model exactly are you referring to? Any pictures to show of finished product?
