Boats been completed for many years. So long ago that checkmate did the rigging on it. And that was before hustler bought them. Checkmate is now being sold off in pieces since hustler is going too.

Duckys had a tendency to use boats for their own and not title them. This way it can still be sold as new. That is likely the "test time" they are referring to.

Sure that works for a season not a decade! If it was rigged by Checkmate it is probably a solid boat but it is still 10 years old. If they get 125K that will be a gift but I'd want to be sure the boat wasn't being "hidden" from creditors/liens either since things got shady at the end with Pantera.

I'd repaint it with someone like Stephen Miles and give it a proper "last pantera" theme (green eyes for sure).

Still listed as a 2010 so the "new" part seems kind of moot? I remember they had it for sale years ago.
