I have 110s k planes on a Pantera 24SE and they are the business - or dogs bollocks as we say over 'ere. They work great but there is no positional signal so I did a tear down and investigated.

Although the units dont give a signal the windings indicate a range of 185 ohms to about 3 ohms over 2.25 inches plus about 13 ohms between the wiper inside the unit and earth. Anyone ever measured this?



Trying to find someone to rewind the senders or buy a winder and doing it myself - any advice on whats next?

Can I buy a set of windings and fic into the connector?

Can't you install mechanical senders with 33c cables like 280's???

ahhhhhhh,,i removed my electric tab gauges , as i the big kiekhaefer tabs with mechanical indicators
no need for more electric gauges,,,i even have true mechanical oil pressure gauges.
