There’s a 427 ls engine swapped 292 fastech in the GA area. Anyone know anything about this boat? Pros and Cons to the engine swap? Boat sounds good. Low hours on new engines.

Reliability of the LS
Sounds absolutely insane
Cons: Stock Bravo Drives
I would buy that boat if I wasnt into my own 292 for the same money.

Charlie Hill built the boat, he runs LSXperts down there which is a fairly well known shop and is known for turning out good work.
I don't know much about the boat beyond the but I believe it has recently been sold.

I believe that's Rick flairs old boat? biggest con to that boat is no Hydro steering. other then that its a monster. but at that price point you can buy a blue powered 353 of the same age and run that fast

Many benefits to a 292 vs 353, at least in my opinion. Sounds like a sweet setup, but yea hydraulic steering is a must. Then you go down the road of good tabs to use said power when it’s rough, reliable drives...
