Never was a fan of center consoles until I saw a video the Cigarette Tirranna. That thing purred at 80 mph. No drama. Comfortable. I'm becoming a fan of center consoles now.

Very much interested in seeing the first one. I can even run mine home from Bristol, when it's done..

Subscribed? Speedonthewater.com requires no subscription and we currently offer our digital magazine at no charge to readers.

I suspect Speedboat, with which we have no affiliation other than liking the people there, just got another reader. They can thank us later.

Ok Ok I'll retract my subscribed comment. sheesh.... Instead I'll be anxiously waiting for any and all follow up story's that will be freely, and so generously provided by Speed On The Water. And written by the literary genius known as Matt Trulio.....
Just kidding, thanks for the news..

Interesting that they are going after the "production" boat built segment

Sent you a message but come down to the factory and check out the hull.

A CC? Gosh you know I love you my SOTW peeps.

but what’s it gonna take to see a new power boat model with IO power that’s in the pure offshore performance category??? Lol

I know Matt and Jason follow the news, so that question is not directed at them but the builders.

I mean if I see another new CC or another OB boat I’m gonna flip!

In my opinion , the whole Giant hardtop CC concept is already becoming a little dated. They look great at the dock , but look like giant lumbering turds when underway( unless running really hard). I'd like to see one a little leaner , without all the bs.
