Power steering quick disconnect fittings?

Power steering quick disconnect fittings?
I have a 1986 242 formula. Swapping in a 2011 350 mag mpi. It has the quick disconnect fittings on the power steering lines. Is there any way to adapt my inverted flare fittings on the boat to accept the quick disconnect fittings? Like a screw in adapter?
