So I have a set of Mercury 525SC and they have the Gen 5 Sea Water pump with the two piece impeller housing. I was looking to switch to the 1 piece housing but noticed that the back half of my two piece housing 90's down and the one piece housing is straight out the back. Well my hoses is not long enough and was seeing if anyone used this Hardin SS kit but using 90 fitting? If so, will two 90 fitting screw in the back of the pump without any issues?
