Default Pro Topline Cylinder heads

Am checking into changing the stock heads on my whippled 500 hp's. Dart Pro-1's where recommended. Also Pro Topline's where recommended they have a new BB aluminum head. They are located in Austrailia. Did a search and went to their web site. Has anyone heard or used these heads??

Have not heard of these, you might want to also consider Canfields.

How about some URL's for these websites, if Canfield has one??

Thanks.

Look at the 310cc heads for your setup.

The last time I spoke with DanL (a few weeks ago) he was dealing with someone on the new heads from Austrailia...I guess they're called Pro Topline. Dan said that these were supposed to be some really awesome heads compared to all the top competitors, but he said he wanted to send some out to some competitive porting shops and have them flow tested to see what they're really all about. I guess we're not going to find out now. The thing I really liked about DanL is that he really did the research on engine components. He was always on top of new and up-coming parts. Dan was very aggressive when it came to that type of info for his customers---he was HARD into it and that was one thing I really liked about him and respected of him.

I have delt with Steve before at this point all I would trust him to do is clean my parts there very good at that. Most everything I had done by him had to be remachined. I dont think he checks his mics very often.

turbo-
That stinks to hear that!
I have heard great things about these heads from prominent drag racers. As far as his engine work or crate motors, I don't know.

I have personal experience with Dart, Pro 1's, and Brodix. I can't complain about any of those.

Thanks for the "heads" up on that one

That was terrible about Dan L. I am asking because I am being told by a pretty good engine builder about these heads. He compares them to Dart, Canfield, Brodix, says they come hand worked and blended and are cheaper by a few hundred dollars, but the proof is if they make horsepower. Their web site is www. protopline.com. Jim V if your out their can you shed any light on them?
