I believe its a a rebranded xr, at least that is what I was told, had the same thing on my boat but with the imco lower.

That’s an old imco sc upper. Has the smaller steel input retainer vs the xr larger size.

So now this is a second one, worth? A shop near me, owner passed away and his daughter is trying to sell off parts. Will this bolt up to my current bravo housing?

Not mine but I can give you contact info, the drives & other parts are In Texas (lake Texoma).

Thats a 5,000 to 5,500 drive if its in good condition, swept back upper and a SC lower, might be a -2 it will be stamped on it
