Can anyone tell me how to remove the ladder bolts? Have one out they are machine bolts the other three turn, but the nut they are attached to is turning and i dont see how you could access the nuts inside the swim plarform.

On mine near the transom in the top corners is an opening to the platform. Not sure you’d be able to reach in there at all but maybe worth a look. If not you either have to them or put an access panel in. The platform isn’t structural at all so it’s fully hollow.

crazy how they did this, i was able to see in the platform but not able to access the nuts, plus they filled area with epoxy. Some of the stuff they did is very short sited. Just plain dumb
